Make a difference in the lives of those affected by mitochondrial disease on Saturday, April 29, 2017 at Vitruvian Park! The Energy for Life Walk & 5K is a fun, family-oriented event which includes; a timed 5K run, children’s activities, music, a memory garden and more. Registration begins at 7:30am, followed by the 5K at 9:00am and Walk at 9:10am.
The Energy for Life Walk & 5K is an opportunity to make a difference and contribute to finding a cure. This event aids the effort to raise awareness of mitochondrial disease, empowers those affected, and affects the most important aspects; diagnosis, treatments and better-coordinated research efforts.
